117 persons arrive in the island from India

(UTV | COLOMBO) – 117 individuals of a maritime security firm have arrived in the island onboard a special flight from India.

The group arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport last night aboard a flight operated by an Indian Airline.

They were subject to PCR tests upon arrival and directed to tourist hotels in order to undergo quarantine procedures.

Similarly, 86 sailors had arrived at the BIA on the 6th of June as well.
