14 released from Boossa quarantine centre

(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Sri Lanka Navy says 14 persons who underwent quarantine at the Boossa Navy Base were released today.

The Navy said the 14 are engaged in international shipping security duties.

The group was directed to their home after being advised on healthcare guidelines and were also awarded the Quarantine Certificates to mark the completion of quarantine.

193 persons have thus far left the Boossa quarantine centre after successful completion of quarantine measures.

Meanwhile, 85 more Lankans are undergoing the quarantine at the centre.
