Twenty more test positive for COVID-19

(UTV | COVID-19) – Twenty more patients tested positive for COVID-19 today (25), raising the total number of confirmed cases in Sri Lanka to 440.

According to the Director General of Health Service Dr. Anil Jasinghe, a 12-year-old boy from Bandaranayke Mawatha in Colombo 12 also tested positive for COVID-19, and 4 other patients were reported from the Welisara Naval Base while another individual was confirmed from the Monaragala Hospital.

Sri Lanka has reported 116 recoveries and 7 fatalities from COVID-19 thus far.
