(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna says disciplinary action will be taken against all candidates who fail to adhere to the electoral laws when submitting nominations today for the General Election.
Candidates have been notified to strictly adhere to the advice issued by the Election Commission.
The SLPP also advised its members, independent groups and other parties to not attempt to enter District Secretariats and from rallying unnecessary supporters outside the offices.
