Monitors ‘concerned’ over talks of Poll delay

(UTV|COLOMBO) -Election monitors says any decision on postponing the conduct of the 2020 General Election must be made only after holding talks with all political parties.

The Centre for Monitoring Election Violence said the National Election Commission must consider several factors before deciding on a postponement amidst concerns surrounding the novel coronavirus.
