Two more quarantine facilities including Batticaloa Private University

(UTV|COLOMBO) – All passengers arriving in Sri Lanka from Italy, South Korea and Iran will be sent to the Batticaloa Private University and Kandakadu Rehabilitation Centre for quarantine, says the Director General of Health Services Dr. Anil Jasinghe.

Accordingly, all passengers will undergo mandatory 14-day quarantine at these two facilities.

Earlier this week, the Health Ministry announced that Leprosy Hospital in Hendala will be converted into a quarantine facility for those who arrive in the island from countries hit by the COVID-19.
