Samith Isuru reaches 1000-run milestone

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Samith Isuru right hand batsman and skipper of Karandeniya Central passed 1000 runs milestone in this season of the ‘Singer Trophy’ Under 19 inter Schools Cricket tournament yesterday.

Samith scored 1025 runs in 14 matches (24 innings – Average:42.71 ) with a double ton and a century. He captured more than 100 wickets in this season.
