Sub-Committee to look into trade union action

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to appoint a Cabinet Sub-Committee to look into various trade unions action and provide recommendations in order to address concerns.

As per the sources the Cabinet Sub-Committee was appointed during the special Cabinet meeting that took place yesterday on the request of President Maithripala Sirisena.

The Committee includes Ministers Rajitha Senaratne, Mangala Samaraweera, Akila Viraj Kariyawasam, Ranjith Madduma Bandara and State Minister Ashoka Abeysinghe.
