Ten players pull out of Pakistan cricket tour

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Ten players including several seniors have pulled out of the tour to Pakistan starting later this month.

Among the ten are Sri Lanka’s one-day captain Dimuth Karunaratne and T20I skipper Lasith Malinga.

Others include former captain Angelo Mathews, Niroshan Dickwella, Kusal Perera, Dhananjaya de Silva, Thisara Perera, Akila Dhananjaya, Suranga Lakmal and Dinesh Chandimal.

Sri Lanka have picked the squads for the tour with a new captain and sent it for ratification by the Sports Minister.
