(UTV|COLOMBO) – Further hearing on the case filed against former Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Vaas Gunawardena over an assault incident has been fixed for December 17 by the Colombo High Court.

The Attorney General had filed a case against the suspects over their alleged involvement in the assault of a student of the Malabe technology institute, in 2009.
