Sale of imported liquor without ‘EDSL’ sticker banned

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The sale of imported liquor without the new foolproof ‘EDSL’ sticker introduced by the Excise Department has been banned.

Accordingly, the possession, storing, transportation, and sale of imported liquor is illegal unless the new sticker is affixed on containers of foreign liquor.
