(UTV|COLOMBO) -Police has launched a comprehensive probe after discovering the bodies of ten-month old twins in Nintavur, Sammanthurai.
Police Media Spokesperson Superintendent of Police Ruwan Gunasekera said police suspect the twins were hacked to death between 3 and 8 this morning.
The 26-year old mother of the twins is being investigated on suspicion.
According to the Police Media Spokesperson, the mother is reportedly a differently-abled person.
