“Youth must act responsibly with their vote” – Dilum Amunugama

(UTV|COLOMBO) – United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) Parliamentarian (MP) Dilum Amunugama says the youth of the country must act responsibly when electing future leaders.

Speaking during an event in Ampara MP Amunugama said the public must consider the past of politicians when making a decision at national level elections.

MP Amunugama stressed that analysis and an inquiry into their past actions and personal history, is essential in ensuring that the peoples’ vote is well-informed and accurate.

Based on MP Amunugama’s opinion, his Joint Opposition faction is the most suitable group to lead the country.

He mentioned that the country belongs to our youth and that they have become a decisive factor in the electoral and political process.

According to the Parlimentarian, the next election will decide the fate of our country.
