(UTV|COLOMBO) – The truth behind the Easter Sunday attacks will be revealed through the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) inquiring the incident and the case which has been filed in the Courts, Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe stated yesterday (13).
Making a special statement at his Temple Trees residence, the Premier said that the Court had accepted the legality of the PSC despite various opinions by some individuals.
“We have nothing to hide. Therefore, I am not afraid to go before the Committee,” he said adding that he would sit before the PSC to give evidence as per the summons he had received.
