(UTV|COLOMBO) – Water supply to several areas in Colombo will be disrupted for 24-hours commencing from 9.00 AM tomorrow (26) till 9.00 AM Thursday (27), the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) announced.
Accordingly, water supply to Boralasgamuwa, Homagama, Kottawa, Maharagama, Maththegoda, Meepe, Padukka, Pannipitiya, Pelanwatta, and Rukmalgama areas will be affected by the water cut.
The NWSDB said that the water supply will be disrupted due to improvement of the Colombo-East town water supply project pipeline.
