Major General Ruwan Kulatunga appointed new National Intelligence Chief

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Major General Ruwan Kulatunga has been appointed as the new Chief of National Intelligence to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of the Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Sisira Mendis.

Mendis’s resignation comes after he made a statement to the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) on the Easter Sunday attacks.
