Defeat extremist vested agendas- Mangala

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Minister of Finance Mangala Samaraweera says the vested agenda of certain politicians and extremists should never be allowed to come to fruition.

Addressing a media briefing yesterday the Minister said certain groups are attempting to create another black July in the country.

The Minister noted such clashes will not only affect the Muslims but also the Sinhalese, Tamils and the whole country.

Minister Samaraweera stressed if the country is led to destruction based on the needs of political ghosts the fate of our country will be unfortunate adding therefore Sri Lankans should head towards development.
