(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Senior Official of the Ministry of Finance who was arrested during a raid carried out by the Sri Lanka Police and the Army yesterday (29) has been released after being questioned.
Media Director of the Finance Ministry Mohamed Ali Hassan, was taken into custody after 93 rounds of ammunition for 12 bore gun were discovered at his residence in Malwana.
He was held at the Biyagama Police Station.
