(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Mahanayake Theras of all Chapters on Monday (06) issuing a joint statement urged the public to refrain from holding large scale Vesak celebrations where large crowds gather, in view of the security situation prevailing in the country.
The Mahanayake Theras advised the public to give priority to the spiritual aspect of Vesak instead.
