(UTV|COLOMBO) – All domestic and international parcels will only be accepted by the Department of Posts if they are packed in the presence of its Staff Member at the postal counter or an Authorised Official.
The public will also be requested to identify themselves before accepting a parcel for delivery.

Most of the terror attacks were committed in the capital city of Colombo.
