(UTV|COLOMBO) – Several Colombo-bound flights on Wednesday (17) diverted to the Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport (MRIA) from the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) due to severe inclement weather.
Accordingly, QR 654 Doha – Colombo, UL 140 Madurai – Colombo, UL 303 Singapore – Colombo, UL315 Kuala Lumpur – Colombo, and UL 365 Jakarta – Colombo flights were diverted to the MRIA as a precautionary measure last evening.
