Nurses’ strike enters second day

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The island-wide token strike launched by Nurses at the Government Hospitals entered its second day on Wednesday (27).

The 48-hour token strike is only due to end at 7.00 AM on Thursday (28).

United Nursing Services’ Union launched an island-wide two-day token strike at the Government Hospitals yesterday citing the failure of Authorities to provide solutions to their demands.
