EU urges Sri Lanka to institute durable reconciliation process

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The European Union (EU) on Wednesday (20) urged Sri Lanka to institute a durable reconciliation process, complete the return of occupied land, and advance transitional justice.

However, the EU welcomed the commitments made by the Government of Sri Lanka during the session on Sri Lanka at the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) sessions in Geneva yesterday.
