(UTV|COLOMBO) – A Councillor of the Beliatta Pradeshiya Sabha (PS), Kapila Amarakoon has been hospitalised this morning (20), following an apparent shooting inside a house at Modarawana in Beliatta.
Amarakoon is a member of the United National Party (UNP).
