UPFA decides to vote against 2019 Budget

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Parliamentarians of the United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) on Tuesday (12) decided to vote against the Second Reading of the 2019 Budget.

The decision was taken when the UPFA Parliamentary Group met this morning.

The vote on the Second Reading of the 2019 Budget is scheduled for today.

Mangala Samaraweera in his capacity as the Minister of Finance presented the Budget for the year 2019 to Parliament on 05 March.
