(UTV|COLOMBO) – Seventeen persons at a hotel in Polhena, Matara were apprehended for possession of Cocaine and narcotics pills, yesterday.
Police media spokesman, SP Ruwan Gunasekera said that amongst those arrested were 3 women, one of whom is a stage actress
Police investigations have revealed that they had stayed at the hotel in Polhena after attending a party in Weligama coordinated via social media.
The suspects are scheduled to be produced before the Matara Magistrate Court later today.
