Ranil to visit Tirumala tomorrow

(UTV|COLOMBO) – Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe will be offering prayers to Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala during his two-day visit to the Temple City scheduled on 02 and 03 March, the Deccan Chronicle reported.

In connection with the visit of the Sri Lankan Prime Minister, Sub-Collector Mahesh Kumar along with Superintendent of Police (SP) K. K. N. Anbur-ajan inspected the arrangements being made at the airport on Thursday (01). The Prime Minister will arrive at the Chennai International Airport on Saturday (02) at about 3.00 PM and from there, he would reach Tirupati in a special flight by 4.30 PM.

The Prime Minister along with his family members will reach Sri Padm-avathi Guest House at Tirumala by road and stay there overnight.

On Sunday (03), Wickremesinghe along with his family members will offer prayers at Lord Venkateswara Temple at Tirumala and would fly back from the Tirupati Airport at 1.15 PM the same day.
