Permanent High Court-at-Bar to decide objections by Gotabaya on Feb. 11

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Permanent High Court-at-Bar on Thursday (31) stated that it would deliver its decision on whether it has the jurisdiction to hear the case against former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa and six others over the D.A. Rajapaksa Memorial Museum will be announced on 11 February.

Rajapaksa’s lawyers had challenged the right of the Permanent High Court-at-Bar to hear the case against defendants of misusing State funds to construct the Museum.
