(UDHAYAM, COLOMBO) – The case against a former Chief Security Officer of former President MP Mahinda Rajapaksa, Neville Wanniarachchi, will be heard once again today (07th Tuesday).
The case will be heard at the Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court.
Court ordered the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery of Corruption to submit its counter objections today to the written objection filed by the Attorneys representing Neville Wanniarachchi.
He was charged for failing to declare his assets from the year 2010 to 2014 while holding the post of Major of the Army.
