Two key Govt. Parliamentarians decide not to push for Ministerial portfolios

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Leader of the Democratic People’s Front and Tamil Progressive Alliance, Parliamentarian Mano Ganesan Tuesday (18) stated that the decision was taken following a request made by Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe to limit the new Cabinet to thirty Ministers.

Ganesan tweeted stating that he and the Leader of the All Ceylon Makkal Congress (ACMC), Parliamentarian Rishad Bathiudeen have voluntarily said they are willing to stay out of the Cabinet, if Premier Wickremesinghe wish to keep it at thirty.
