(UDHAYAM, GENEVA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs Mangala Samaraweera met with the United Nations Secretary General António Guterres yesterday (27th Feb.) in Geneva.
This was the first time that the foreign minister met the newly appointed UN Chief.
