“ACMC believes upholding democracy is of high importance,” Rishad Bathiudeen says

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Leader of All Ceylon Makkal Congress (ACMC) Rishad Bathiudeen on Tuesday (13) stated that the ACMC believes upholding democracy in Sri Lanka is of high importance.

He made this remarks arriving at Supreme Court to hear the verdict on Fundamental Rights (FR) petitions filed by political parties including ACMC and several other civil society organisations against early dissolution of Parliament by President Maithripala Sirisena.
