(UTV|COLOMBO) – President Maithripala Sirisena on Friday (09) decided to call for Parliamentary Elections on 05 January.
According to the Gazette Notification issued by President Sirisena, nominations will be called for from 19 – 26 November.
The new Parliament will meet on 17 January.
