(UTV|COLOMBO) – Severe traffic congestion reported at the Exit Point of Kottawa Expressway due to large number of buses coming to the United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) Rally at Parliament Grounds, said the Road Development Authority (RDA).
Motorists advised to use alternative routes.
