(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court on Friday (02) ordered the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to arrest the former Navy Commander and current Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne for aiding and abetting Lieutenant Commander Chandana Hettiarachchi, alias ‘Navy Sampath’, the prime suspect in the abduction of eleven youth in 2008 and 2009.
