SC’s decision on 20th Amendment certain clauses announced

(UTV|COLOMBO) – The Supreme Court (SC) has stated that certain clauses in the 20th Amendment to the Constitution submitted by the JVP should be passed in Parliament with both a two thirds majority and a referendum.

Supreme Court’s decision announced in Parliament on Tuesday (09).
